Affect and Emotion

Affect and emotion have been actively studied in psychology for more than a century. The role of affective processes in judgment and decision making have been largely unexplored until recently. Our research builds upon recent work in cognitive and social psychology, and in cognitive neuroscience to develop and test an affect-based theory of judgment and decision making.
